And this fake meat product sports what industry calls a \u201cclean label,\u201d meaning you won\u2019t find any monosodium glutamate <em><strong>listed<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What you will find in the Impossible Burger, however, are five main ingredients &#8212; what Impossible Foods calls the \u201cdetails,\u201d and a total of <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">6 ingredients<\/span><\/strong> with excitotoxic \u2013 brain damaging &#8212; amino acids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Water<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">soy-protein concentrate<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>coconut oil<\/li><li>sunflower oil<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">natural flavors<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Impossible &#8220;meat&#8221; also contains 2% or less of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Potato protein<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>Methylcellulose<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Yeast extract<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>Cultured dextrose<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Food starch, modified<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>Soy leghemoglobin<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Soy-protein isolate<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>Mixed tocopherols (vitamin E)<\/li><li>Zinc gluconate<\/li><li>Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1)<\/li><li>Sodium ascorbate (vitamin C)<\/li><li>Niacin<\/li><li>Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6)<\/li><li>Riboflavin (vitamin B2)<\/li><li>Vitamin B12<br><br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If you have questions or comments, we\u2019d love to hear from you.
