Visit&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fda.gov\/medwatch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>www.fda.gov\/medwatch<\/em><\/a><em>, or call 1-800-FDA-1088.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But you won\u2019t find a phone number dedicated to taking reports of negative side effects of food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the mid 1990s, when there was consumer pressure (and a lawsuit) on the FDA to identify and label MSG and its toxic manufactured free glutamate (MfG), one could report reactions to the FDA\u2019s Adverse Reactions Monitoring System (ARMS) if you could figure out a way to reach them.
