Be wary of Trader Joe's brand All Natural Turkey -- from the store that says they don't carry anything that contains MSG.

Cargill makes a Honey Suckle Turkey that claims "No MSG" on the label that shows the ingredients include turkey broth, salt, sugar, and natural flavoring

According to a Washington Post article, about 30% of fresh chickens are enhanced with some kind of solution. Some, if not all of those solutions, contain ingredients that we recognize as containing processed free glutamic acid (MSG).  We have had reports of MSG-type reactions....

Kettle Foods, Inc. must know that MSG is harmful because they are claiming "no MSG" on labels of Kettle brand Krinkle Cut Buffalo Blue Chips and Kettle brand Krinkle Cut Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper Chips" -- both of which contain MSG.

Some time ago we told readers about ConAgra Foods, Inc. advertising "NO MSG" on the label of a product that contains MSG -- on the label of a product being marketed to children.
