Can someone explain how an ingredient mass-produced in a factory using a method protected by patents** is \u201cnaturally occurring?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psychologists tell us that if you hear something often enough you will begin to believe what you hear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And Ajinomoto, along with its assorted PR firms, tells us over and over again that \u201cmonosodium glutamate (MSG) and the glutamate in MSG are \u2018naturally occurring.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But that doesn\u2019t make it true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
