Today in the United States, \u201cnormal concentrations\u201d would be the massive amounts contained in ultra-processed food.&nbsp; All ultra-processed food is loaded with toxic free glutamate, which consumers refer to as MSG.&nbsp; And \u201cthe majority of people\u201d is left conveniently undefined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check it out.\u00a0 Next time you come across something that says that MSG is safe, look for a smattering of the Glutes signature words and phrases: \u201ccontroversial,\u201d \u201cbad rap,\u201d \u201cxenophobia,\u201d \u201cracist,\u201d \u201cracism,\u201d \u201ca small subset of people,\u201d \u201canecdotal reports,\u201d\u00a0\u201cinadequate evidence,\u201d \u201cmuch-maligned,\u201d \u201cdebunked,\u201d \u201ca bad reputation that it doesn\u2019t deserve.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What change is coming next?\u00a0 It\u2019s actually an idea that the FDA has been carefully developing for a number of years: use MSG in place of salt (but be sure not to mention the excitotoxic \u2013 brain damaging \u2013 glutamate in MSG.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What a way to distract and confuse from the fact that free glutamate (the active component in MSG) is a toxic ingredient.<br><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0px;
